INVEST IN TEXAS

Texas is the #1 location for business in the United States. According to the Wall Street Journal, Texas will lead the way for the US during the next 25 years. The Texas Redevelopment Authority is thrilled to offer the opportunity to contribute to that progress by investing in the Star of Texas Regional Center. We will be creating low risk revenue generating opportunities in the Houston-Galveston Metropolitan Area (Harris/Galveston Counties), as well as in the 'Golden Triangle' of the Beaumont-Port Arthur Metropolitan Area, and Orange County region. These two Metropolitan Areas are adjacent to other Star of Texas Regional Center approved Targeted Employment Area (TEA) areas within Liberty, Chambers and Jefferson counties, on or near, the bustling petro-chemical, Liquefied natural gas and shipping ports situated on southeast gulf borders of Texas. All this in the #1 growth market in the USA.

Gross Domestic Product Chart
As the economic engine of the U.S. (Forbes) and the Best State For Business (Chief Executive Magazine), we are excited to offer our residents an incredible opportunity to grow their companies and careers. Coupled with our low cost of living and quality of life, it’s easy to see why Texas is the #1 state for new household formations and rated by Forbes as the "Best Place To Live".

Labeled as the energy capital of the world and home of the NASA/Johnson Space Center, largest medical center and petrochemical industrial base worldwide, we truly stand behind our recognized label of being bigger, bolder and better. In addition to our plethora of Fortune 500 headquarters, we’re proud to foster small businesses via our Texas Small Business Funds and nurture up-and-coming talent in Houston, which was voted #1 in the "Best Cities for Young Professionals" (Forbes). Considering that we’ve achieved the ultimate balance of established companies and entrepreneurial endeavors, it's easy to see why Texas accounts for 50% of all new job formations (U.S. Labor Dept.) and Houston has the largest job formation in the nation (17%, Forbes).

In addition to maintaining the title of #1 combined seaport export volume in the USA, we’re continuously looking for ways to explore beyond our state lines and build our global culture. Houston, one of our most ethnically and culturally diverse cities, is equipped with 23 foreign banks (representing 11 nations), over 640 foreign-owned firms, more than 450 companies with offices in 129 foreign countries, and 3,300 area firms, foreign government offices and non-profit organizations involved in international business.

The Texas Medical Center employs over 75,000 health care professionals soon to grow to 100,000 by 2015. As the defacto energy capital of the world, Houston is headquarters to 5,000 energy related companies. NASA's Johnston Space Center accounts for up to 11,000 jobs primarily based in Hi/tech, communications, aeronautics, engineering and electronics.

Taking into account that Texas is one of the world’s greatest economic engines and a global leader in international business, we are confident in our future investments and are thrilled to have launched our EB-5 Regional Center. This incredible state offers fertile ground to support the Houston-Galveston Metropolitan Area via sound investments that will greatly impact revenue and employment. Join us on our revitalizing journey and become a link in this chain of incredible success.
